– WINSTON: A FAMILY FILLED AGAIN –
“ We were mourning our beloved little dog; Gipsy. Our house seemed empty without the presence of a canine companion. We have therefore submitted our application as a family wishing to adopt a dog at the SPA de l’Estrie.
Then on August 12, we received a call from the SPA de l’Estrie. Our application was selected for a young anxious and very experienced puppy in the name of Novak (now called Winston). We discussed it with the family, then we made an appointment and went to meet him. He was accompanied by his animalist Marie-Soleil who took the time to introduce him to us. She answered our questions and shared some personalized tips. At our departure from the SPA de l’Estrie, we had a new family member on board; Winston.
Our Winston is doing well. He loves to play, walk and would like to spend his days and evenings on our swings in the backyard. He still needs training, it’s a period of adaptation to his new environment and his new family; his humans.
We would like to thank the entire team of the SPA de l’Estrie for the good care they provide to animals in need and for the support they offer in supporting animals and their guardians.
