Following the registration of a new animal or during the annual licence renewal period, you will receive an invoice by mail.

This new simple and secure platform allows you to pay your invoice in the comfort of your home.

It is important to note that it is not possible to modify your file online. For example, if you wish to;

  • Change your address;
  • Inform us that your pet is now spayed/neutered;
  • Report the death or loss of your pet, etc.

We recommend that you visit the Update my file page or contact the Licensing Department at 819 821-4727, option 4, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
