In accordance with the municipal regulations of the cities and municipalities served by the SPA de l’Estrie, each citizen is responsible for registering their dogs and cats with it.

In addition, since March 3, 2020, the registration of all dogs in Quebec is mandatory under Regulations for the application of the Dog Supervision Act.
