Are you covered by the Eastern Townships SPA?
The Eastern Townships SPA covers a territory with a population of more than 225,000, spread over several towns and municipalities in the region.
These towns and municipalities have delegated to the SPA the responsibility of selling licenses and providing a range of other services to the citizens and animals that live within them.
If you live in one of our partner municipalities, your municipal by-law stipulates that you must obtain a license for each dog and cat for which you are the caretaker.
