Above all, do not give up your search too quickly. Some animals that have been lost for weeks or even months end up being reunited with their families. Keep hope and persevere. After all, your faithful companion deserves it!

File a lost pet report

LOST or FOUND ?

  1. Contact us immediately
    By phone at 819 821-4727, option #3 as soon as you notice that your pet is missing, even if it was wearing a tag. The longer you wait to report its disappearance, the lesser your chances of finding it.
  2. Send us a photo
    Email us a recent photo of your animal. It is important that you provide your name and contact details along with it.
  3. Fill a Missing Pet Report Form
    We will perform a daily search amongst all animals brought to us. We keep the report form for a period of 2 weeks for a cat and one month for a dog. If you wish to renew your missing report form, please send us an email or call us at 819-821-4727 option #3.

It is essential to report this to the Eastern Townships SPA. This animal probably has a family.

Here is what to do :

  1. Contact us immediately
    Call us at 819 821-4727, option 3. Our team will open a file for this found animal. You can make an appointment to bring the animal to the shelter as well. 819 821-4727. We can also pick up the animal only if it is confined. we cannot go looking for a loose cat. If necessary, you can rent a cage to trap it. Consult our business hours here.
  2. Outside of Opening Hours
    If the animal found is injured or in a situation that threatens its survival, please contact your police department, which will notify us upon receipt of your call. If this is not an emergency, please keep the found animal if possible and contact us once our office opens.Consult our opening hours here.
